Terms and Conditions for The Royal Ride Dubai apply to all chauffeur, limousine, airport transfer, and VIP transport bookings across Dubai and the UAE. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Welcome to The Royal Ride Dubai. By booking or using our premium chauffeur and limousine services in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and across the UAE, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings for our chauffeur service Dubai must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation is received from our team. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. For airport transfers Dubai, please provide accurate flight details at the time of booking.

2. Payment Policy

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash. Corporate clients may be eligible for monthly invoicing upon prior written agreement. Some services require advance payment or a deposit to confirm the reservation.

3. Standard Cancellation Policy

For regular chauffeur and limousine bookings:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup: No charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% charge applies.
No-show or cancellation after driver dispatch: 100% charge applies.

4. Special Events – Advance Payment and No Refund Policy

For weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, national holidays, New Year’s Eve, Dubai Expo events, Formula E, and other large-scale events in Dubai and across the UAE, vehicle availability is extremely limited. Due to high demand and pre-allocated fleet:

Full advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made for special event bookings, regardless of the notice period.
In the event of rescheduling, a credit note may be issued at the sole discretion of The Royal Ride Dubai, subject to availability.
Clients are strongly advised to confirm all event details carefully before making payment.

5. Airport Transfers

Our chauffeur will monitor your flight in real-time and adjust pickup accordingly. A complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes from actual landing is included for all airport pickups. Additional waiting time beyond this will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

6. Hourly and Daily Bookings

Hourly bookings are calculated from vehicle departure from our garage to its return. A minimum booking of 3 hours applies for all hourly chauffeur services. Daily bookings are based on a maximum of 10 hours of duty per day.

7. Passenger Conduct

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Our driver reserves the right to refuse or terminate any journey if passenger conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged in full.

8. Additional Charges

Toll fees, parking charges, and inter-emirate or out-of-city travel costs are not included in the base fare unless agreed in writing. Additional stops or route changes may incur extra charges communicated before travel.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Royal Ride Dubai is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, adverse weather, or any circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside our vehicles.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
